Dr. Rishana qualified as a Dentist at King’s College London where she received her BDS Honours degree in 2015 and earned a University Scholarship recognising her academic performance. Throughout her dental career, Dr. Rishana has gained a wealth of invaluable experience working in various Specialties in London Dental Hospitals, undertaking dental core training in Paediatric Dentistry and Cleft Services at Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospitals, and Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at St George’s Hospital. She has also worked as a Community Dental Officer within the Community Dental Services treating anxious children and adults, and medically compromised patients. Dr. Rishana went on to complete 3 years of Orthodontic Specialty Training at the renowned Eastman Dental Institute, where she was awarded a Distinction in the MSc in Orthodontics and was nominated for the Faculty of Medical Sciences’ Dean’s List (2021) recognizing her academic performance in the programme. She is a member of the British Orthodontic Society, and Royal College of Surgeons of England. As an Orthodontic Specialist Dr. Rishana accepts referral for all ranges of orthodontic problems affecting adults and children and where appropriate provides treatment utilising a variety of orthodontic appliances including: cosmetic ‘tooth coloured’ braces, self-ligating braces, and Invisalign (clear aligners). Dr. Rishana is committed to providing a high standard of orthodontic care for her patients and has a kind and approachable manner, helping her patients feel comfortable and relaxed
