Dr Xiang (Sean) Hu

Dr. Xiang (Sean) Hu brings an excellent skill set to provide dental services for families at Prestige Dental. He is very compassionate and detailed oriented when it comes to treating his patients. He graduated from Binghamton University in New York with a double major in Economics and Chemistry. Dr. Hu earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine from Temple University School of Dentistry in Philadelphia, where he graduated with high honors and was among the top ten percent from graduating class. From there, he went on to complete a very thorough and challenging General Practice Residency at New York Medical College – Westchester Medical Center. Dr. Hu received extensive training in implant surgery, root canal therapy, third molar extraction and pediatric dentistry during his residency program. He strives to advance his career in dentistry by completing many continuing education courses. He has recently participated in courses focusing on clear braces (Invisalign, ClearCorrect and Six-Month Smiles). Dr. Hu has volunteered at various hospitals and community centers to give back to the community. He has also served in Costa Rica for two weeks and in Jamaica for ten days to create smiles for an underserved population. He is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), Texas Dental Association and Texas Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Hu loves to spend time with his wife and son during his downtime. Outside the office, he enjoys hiking, fishing and spending time with his family.
