Dr. David Nichols was born in Washington, D.C. and raised in Rockville, Maryland. He is a graduate of Georgetown Preparatory High School and attended the College of Charleston in South Carolina, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BS in Biology. He then followed in his parent's footsteps and attended the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in Baltimore, Maryland. While in dental school, Dr. Nichols volunteered at the Spanish Catholic Center and completed an oral surgery clerkship. Following his graduation from Dental School, Dr. Nichols was accepted into an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency Program at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond. During his residency Dr. Nichols was able to expand his skills and gain experience in a multitude of dental procedures. After his residency Dr. Nichols worked in private practice and with Catholic Charities. It was always his goal to join and work alongside his mother providing excellent dental care in a comfortable setting exceeding all expectations. Dr. Nichols is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, traveling and all things "sports".
