Dr. Birchmeier is a graduate of the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. He also received his undergraduate education at the University of Michigan, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in biology. While in dental school, he held a leadership position within the student government and was an active member of the Xi Psi Phi international dental society. Dr. Birchmeier completed a general practice residency at the University of Toledo Medical Center.
