Dr. Kim received her bachelor of arts/doctor of dental surgery (BA/DDS) in a 7-year joint program at New York University College of Dentistry. Upon graduation, she pursued her certificate in Periodontology at Harvard School of Dental Medicine, where she also received her master of medical science (MMSc) in oral biology. Dr. Kim’s research focused on quantitative analysis of volumetric change after two soft tissue grafting procedures, and she presented at the Ivy Symposium on periodontal regeneration infrabony defects. Dr. Kim enjoys traveling and exploring different foods and cultures, spending time with her friends and family, and playing sports such as basketball, soccer, softball, and snowboarding. She also likes to give back to the community, participated in the Global Outreach in Grenada, and served as the Director of Community Service in the NYU Aesthetic Society as a dental student.
