Dr Deborah Bodunde

Drs. Barr, Marinak, and staff are delighted to announce the association of Deborah Bodunde, BDS, MS to our practice and dental community. Dr. Bodunde earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the College of Medicine, University of Lagos Nigeria, where she practiced for several years as a general restorative dentist in both public and private settings and pursued additional training in oral surgery at University of Glasgow Dental Hospital in Glasgow, Scotland before completing her residency in periodontics at The Ohio State University where she also earned a Master of Science degree. Dr. Bodunde is an active member of the American Academy of Periodontology, is board eligible, and had her research published. As a clinician, Dr. Bodunde is passionate about patient centered care, comprehensive treatment planning, and interdisciplinary case management. She values patient education, disease prevention, and outreach within the local community. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Bodunde enjoys playing volleyball, creating digital illustrations, improving her Spanish, golfing, hiking, and spending time with her cavapoo, Ruby.
