Dr. Joseph Stern completed his postdoctoral endodontic residency at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine, where he also earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics, the highest honour conferred upon an endodontist by the American Association of Endodontists (AAE) for academic and clinical excellence. Dr. Stern was recently inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Dentists, an honour bestowed upon only about 3.5% of dentists nationwide. Dr. Stern currently serves as the Director of Endodontics at Touro College of Dental Medicine. He is an active lecturer and has presented at numerous professional meetings, including the Greater New York Dental Meeting in December 2020 and the New Jersey Dental Association Annual Session. Over the past five years, he has published multiple articles on a range of topics within the field of endodontics and was recognised by Dentistry Today magazine as one of the Leaders in Continuing Education. Dr. Stern has also been named a “Top Dentist” by New Jersey Monthly magazine from 2021 through 2025 and by Montclair Magazine in 2025.
