Dr Leigh Haynes

Dr. Haynes was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama. She played soccer in college for two years at Wake Forest University and then two years at Samford University, which is where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree. After college, Dr. Haynes attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Dentistry and received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. After graduating from dental school, Dr. Haynes decided to further her education by attending an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the Foundry Dental Center. In this residency, Dr. Haynes gained extensive hands-on experience in a wide range of advanced surgical procedures that surpass the scope of traditional dental school training. She has gained the knowledge to be able to place dental implants, perform complex extractions, conduct different types of bone grafting procedures, and participate in comprehensive treatment planning for complex cases. In Dr. Haynes’s free time she enjoys working out at her CrossFit gym, walking her dog named Boo, and spending time with family.
