Dr. Charles McLaren grew up in Ann Arbor, MI, receiving his B.S.E. in Materials Science and Engineering, D.D.S., and master’s in restorative dentistry from the University of Michigan. He has a background in dental materials and restorative dentistry, with interest in cosmetic dentistry and all-ceramic restorations. He collaborated on research projects and taught at Michigan. Works with The Dental Advisor as associate editor and consultant. Published articles in various journals. Member of ADA, MDA, and honour societies. Enjoys time with family, golfing, classical music, and stained glass art.
