Dr Erica Hsiao

Erica Hsiao, DDS, MS is excited to join Folsom Dental Esthetics. She received her doctorate from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Dentistry where she became interested in periodontics, regeneration, and dental implants. This resulted in a move to Chicago where she obtained her Master’s degree and Certificate in Periodontics and Dental Implants at University of Illinois, Chicago. Soon after, Dr. Hsiao became a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology, the only specialty board certification in periodontics and dental implant surgery. Dr. Hsiao is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and the Sacramento District Dental Society. She has volunteered her dental services abroad in Honduras, taught General Practice Residents as their staff attending periodontist, and worked to improve the oral health of our Veterans at the VA Northern California McClellan Dental Service. Dr. Hsiao values her patient interactions and looks forward to listening, communicating, and educating each of her patients in order to work together to restore periodontal health and oral function.
