Dr Alex Gordon

Dr. Alex Gordon grew up in Long Island and is passionate about providing dental care to the many communities in the area. He graduated from the University of Virginia, Charlottesville magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering. Following in his mother’s footsteps, he then went on to attend Columbia University College of Dental Medicine and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2023. Finally, to advance his training he completed a General Practice Residency Program at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, where he learned the necessary techniques to meet the dental needs of a wide variety of patients. Dr. Alex is truly passionate about improving people’s quality of life through dental care, and always strives to apply the breadth of his knowledge to each patient’s unique situation in a targeted way. It is both exciting and fulfilling to him to improve the smiles, and lives, of his patients every day. He learns the latest dental techniques/technologies and understands each patient’ specific needs in order to do this. Outside of the office, Dr. Alex enjoys biking, surfing, travelling, trying new foods, and learning as much as he can about both dentistry and the world, including languages. He is fluent in English, Russian and Spanish, and intermediate in French and Portuguese.
