Dr Oleg Zusin

Dr. Oleg Zusin graduated with his DDS degree from Stony Brook Dental School in 1997. After working as a general dentist in postgraduate program at Montefiore Medical Center and private practice, he elected to attend a specialty residency in periodontics and dental implants, obtaining his Certificate in Periodontics and Dental Implants from SUNY at Stony Brook in 2001. Dr. Oleg Zusin stays on top of most recent technologies, trends, and techniques through hundreds of hours of continuing education annually. In 2007 he received training in Laser Periodontal Therapy, and have been actively using the technique and lecturing on the topic since then. Such a technique enables excellent clinical results without compromising aesthetics. This is just one of many techniques that Dr. Zusin has perfected to provide excellent care to his valued patients. Dr. Oleg Zusin is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology which designates his successful completion of a rigorous board certification process. In addition of being board certified, he is a member of American Academy of Periodontology , the American Dental Association , the Nassau County Dental Association , the North Eastern Society of Periodontists , and the Academy of Osseointegration . When he is a way from the office, Dr. Zusin enjoys traveling, spending time with his kids, different outdoor activities and exercise. He is fluent in Russian.
