Dr. Ferguson is a native of Salina, Kansas. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Kansas State University in 2007 followed by his DDS from the University of Missouri – Kansas City in 2011. Following dental school, he commissioned in the United States Navy in 2012. After duty as general dentist in Portsmouth, VA and Diego Garcia, he completed residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Naval Medical Center San Diego from 2014-2018. Served as staff oral surgeon at Naval Hospital Guam and Marine Corps Base Hawaii. Currently attending surgeon at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth residency program. Practices full scope oral and maxillofacial surgery with interests in orthognathic surgery, dentoalveolar and implant surgery, and reconstructive surgery.
