Dr. Nicholas Funyak provides comprehensive general dentistry with a special focus on cosmetic and surgical care. He earned his undergraduate degree in cellular biology while playing collegiate baseball at the University of Puget Sound and later completed his dental degree at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. Following graduation, he advanced his skills at the San Antonio VA’s top-ranked residency program, where he had the privilege of serving veterans with complex dental needs. Today, he offers a full scope of treatments, including implants, crowns, veneers, clear aligners, and full-mouth rehabilitation. Outside the office, Dr. Funyak enjoys golf, travel, and time with his wife, Dr. Sydney Schmitz, and their dog, Lola. Patients appreciate his approachable style, attention to detail, and commitment to care that feels both professional and personal.
