Dr. Kishter completed his B.Sc. in Biology at McGill University in Montreal, Canada. He received his D.D.S. from the University of Maryland, and his M.D. from the Albany Medical College in New York. After several years of training in general surgery, Dr. Kishter completed a Clinical and Research Fellowship in Surgical Oncology at the National Cancer Institute in Bethesda, Maryland, treating complex cancer cases and research focused on tumour immunology. He subsequently completed his residency training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Maryland. Dr. Kishter’s surgical interests include dental implants, dentoalveolar surgery, orthognathic surgery, facial trauma, and the treatment of medically compromised patients.
