Dr. Kelsey Menegotto was born and raised in Owensboro, Kentucky. She attended Owensboro High School and was a state-champion track athlete. She received a full academic scholarship to attend the University of Kentucky where she earned a BS degree in Biology and her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. In college, she was voted Most Likely to Succeed by her peers, and in dental school, she was awarded the Outstanding Anesthesiology student award. She completed her Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at The University of Texas Health and Science Center in Houston, TX, the largest medical center in the world. During her residency, she was awarded the Intern of the Year award by her colleagues, and as a chief resident, she was awarded the Robert V. Walker Outstanding Presentation Award.
