Dr. Buckner earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at the Dental College of Georgia (DCG) at Augusta University. He received additional training at the DCG General Practice Residency, completing the IV sedation course and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry’s Implant Maxicourse. He is an active member of the Hinman Dental Society, Georgia Dental Association, American Dental Association, and American Academy of Implant Dentistry. It is important to Dr. Buckner that every patient’s experience is as comfortable and pleasant as possible. He understands the value of taking time to discuss treatment options, answer questions and develop a customised treatment plan for every patient. Dr. Buckner’s philosophy is to be patient-centred and provide excellent restorative care for the entire family. When he’s not in the office, Dr. Buckner enjoys spending time with his family and church family, attending UGA and Mercer sporting events and playing pickleball!
