Carl R. Choi is Cleveland born and raised. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in molecular biology from Princeton University in 1995. He attained his Master’s of Science degree in physiology from the Medical University of Ohio in 1997. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree graduating magna cum laude in 2001 from the College of Dentistry at The Ohio State University. He then completed 6 years of residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Louisville, which included a one year internship in General Surgery. During residency, Dr. Choi earned his MD degree. Dr. Choi joined Great Lakes Jaw and Implant Surgery Center in 2007. Dr. Choi is board certified by the American Board or Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is on staff at Lake Health Hospital Systems.
