Dr Paul A. Shadid

Dr. Paul A. Shadid was born and raised in Oklahoma City, OK. After graduating from Oklahoma City public schools, he attended the University of Oklahoma in Norman, where he studied microbiology. In 1984, he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry and began his private practice that same year. Throughout his career, Dr. Shadid has been an active member of the American Dental Association, the Oklahoma Dental Association, and the Oklahoma County Dental Society. He has served as a delegate representative to the ODA and as program chairman for the OCDS executive committee. Dr. Shadid also dedicates time to teaching as a part-time clinical instructor at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. His contributions were recently recognized with the Outstanding Part-Time Faculty Member award. Beyond dentistry, Dr. Shadid is deeply involved in his community. A lifelong member of St. Elijah Orthodox Christian Church, he has served on the parish council and chaired major events like the annual bake sale and food festival. In his free time, he enjoys gardening, fishing, golf, and cheering on OU football and Thunder basketball.
