Dr. Nicole Sudholt (formerly Wroblewski) is excited to be caring for patients in her hometown community. Born and raised in Peoria, she feels extremely fortunate to be back home. Dr. Nicole is a graduate of Richwoods High School and attended Eastern Illinois University for her undergraduate degree, graduating Cum Laude in 2006 earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She continued on to Southern Illinois University, School of Dental Medicine where she earned her doctoral degree (D.M.D) in 2010, graduating Cum Laude and in the top 10 of her class. She is involved in organized dentistry through the Peoria District Dental Society, currently serving as Past President, the Chicago Dental Society, the Illinois State Dental Society, International Team for Implantology study club member and the American Dental Association. Dr. Nicole resides in Dunlap with her husband, Dr. Eric Sudholt, their two children, Nolan and Nora and Irish Doodle Penny. Dr. Nicole enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends. Whether it’s boating at Oak Run, swimming, working out or shopping, Dr. Nicole likes to have a good time.
