Dr. Gibas was born and raised in Western New York. After graduating college with a degree in biology from the University of Rochester, he attended dental school at the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. Following graduation, he completed a one year General Practice Residency at East Carolina University in Greenville, NC where he received additional training in all aspects of general dentistry including oral surgery, implants, and IV sedation. Dr. Gibas has been practicing in South Carolina for 11 years, the past 9 at Skylyn Dental Associates. In his spare time, Dr. Gibas enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, Jana, and their daughter Hallie. He is an avid Buffalo Bills fan and loves sports.
