A Michigan native, Dr. James Tangalos was first inspired to pursue dentistry when his brother underwent upper and lower jaw surgeries to correct his severe Class III underbite. He completed his education and dental training in both Michigan and Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He also took a mission trip to Jamaica to serve the underserved. During residency, he developed a passion for serving patients with special needs. Dr. Tangalos loves creating a comfortable and trusting environment for patients with past fear-filled dental experiences.
