Originally from Nigeria, Dr. Ogie lived in the United Arab Emirates before he and his parents emigrated to Windsor, Ontario, when he was nine. He initially dreamed of being a doctor as he witnessed the importance of preventative care in managing chronic diseases in people he loved. However, after shadowing a friend’s mom, a dentist, he pivoted and decided that was his path. After graduating from Wayne State University, he completed his dental degree at NYU. Dr. Ogie pursues opportunities for continuing education and the latest advancements in dental technology.
