Dr. White was raised in Tallahassee, Florida. Her mother, who was also a dentist, greatly influenced her choice to become a healthcare provider. Dr. White did her undergraduate work at Florida State University and received a bachelors in biology. She spent the next four years in dental school in Lexington at the University of Kentucky and received her dental degree in 2003. After graduating from dental school, Dr. White served as an officer in the United States Air Force practicing dentistry. After her commitment to the Air Force ended, she began practicing dentistry in Florida in 2007. Dr. White and her husband, Dr. Higgins have two children. They enjoy spending time with their kids, traveling, and attending music festivals.
