Dr John Meyer

Dr. John Meyer has been actively practicing dentistry in the Des Moines area since 1981. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Kansas State University in 1977. He continued his education at Creighton University where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1981. Dr. Meyer treats his patients like they are family. Forming a professional bond with patients and staff is his specialty. Dr. Meyer has five children and nine grandchildren. He enjoys biking and has ridden on over 40 RAGBRAI rides. In 2024 he completed a coast to coast bike ride across America. He is also an active member of his church where he sings in the choir and is a member of the Knights of Columbus. He is proud of his office sculptures, landscaping, and flowers. He is very grateful for his outstanding staff and enjoys being able to work with two of his daughters.
