Dr. Omar Dlewati received his B.S. in biology and dental degree from The University of Detroit Mercy. Dr. Dlewati enjoys a little bit of everything in dentistry. He is constantly reading more to expand his dental knowledge and apply it towards helping his patients. He enjoys performing extractions because it provides instant pain relief to patients who have had toothaches for a long time. He also really enjoys performing root canals and crowns to save teeth that would have otherwise needed an extraction. He is also certified in TMJ dry needling. His favorite part of dentistry is being able to help his patients and improve their smile and pain level right when they need it. Outside of work, Dr. Dlewati enjoys camping, hiking and biking. He also recently picked up fishing and really enjoys that. On a daily basis, after work, he enjoys an evening workout, followed by a nice meal and watching some TV with his wife. He also speaks Arabic.
