After graduating from Melbourne University, Dr. Virginia Williams moved to Ballarat in 1997, having lived near Ballarat (in Myrniong) as a child. Virginia established her practice in 2007 and has enjoyed living and working in Ballarat ever since. Her goal is for patients to be healthier and feel better about themselves, using dentistry to achieve that outcome. Since graduating, Virginia has continued to develop her skills in a range of related fields, particularly relating to kids. She has done additional studies in orthodontics (straightening teeth), endodontics (treating nerve-damaged and infected teeth), and prosthodontics (fixing damaged or missing teeth). Outside of work, Virginia enjoys spending time with her family, sailing, gardening and visiting galleries.
