Dr Jonathan Zhao grew up on the Gold Coast where he attended Somerset College. Following in the family theme, he decided to join his sister Dr Sarah and brother-in-law Dr Luke in pursuing Dentistry, graduating from the University of Queensland with honours, topping the subject of prosthodontics (crown and bridge work). After working in private practice in Caboolture and Northern Brisbane, Jonathan has returned home to the Gold Coast. He brings with him a warm and open manner as well as a fresh and keen enthusiasm for dentistry. He is appreciated for his patience and thoroughness. He enjoys the variety of general dentistry and is especially loved by children (some nifty balloon animal skills may have something to do with it!). Outside of Dentistry, Jonathan enjoys cooking, chocolate making and trying to be his niece Aurelia’s favourite uncle!
