Dr Deborah Kong was born and raised in Canberra. She moved to Adelaide to complete her dental qualifications, obtaining her Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2007. After graduating she spent a number of years working in Sydney before returning to her home city, where she is able to spend more time with her family. Deb is committed to providing her patients with high quality dental care that is tailored to suit their individual needs. She focuses on preventative dental care and likes to involve patients in the procedure and educate them along the way to help them achieve their oral health goals. Deb also enjoys working with anxious patients and finds it extremely rewarding to assist them in overcoming their dental fears. Deb speaks Cantonese. Outside of dentistry, Deb enjoys watching movies, hiking, travelling and is an avid theatre goer. She likes to stay active to counteract her love for all things food related by going to the gym and running.
