Hybré Nel (BChD Stellenbosch) graduated from Stellenbosch University, South Africa, in 2006. She and her husband, Theo, sold their practice and moved to Tasmania in 2011 to work for Oral Health Services Tasmania. Hybré has been working at Legana Dental on a part-time basis since 2021. She loves all aspects of general dentistry and is passionate about her profession. In her free time, she loves to be outdoors with her family and enjoys mountain biking, kayaking, and braving the cold for a run. She also likes to dabble in permaculture and grows most of her family's veggies and fruit.
