Theo Nel (BChD Stellenbosch) graduated at the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa, in 2002. During 2011, Dr Nel and his family decided to emigrate to Australia. Theo sold his practice and moved to beautiful Tasmania, where he worked in the public and private sectors in Launceston until the decision was made to open a new practice in Legana in 2016. Theo is practising at Legana Dental on a full-time basis and enjoys all aspects of general dentistry. In his free time, Theo enjoys gardening, landscaping, and exploring Tasmania with his family.
