As a local Novocastrian, Daniel started his career as a doctor, completing a Bachelor of Medicine at Newcastle University in 2003. He later went on to complete his fellowship as a qualified General Practitioner with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Throughout his career, Daniel undertook several positions within the department of surgery at John Hunter Hospital, including Oral and Maxillofacial surgical specialties. It is in these areas where Daniel's interests truly lie. After several years practicing as a doctor, Daniel then decided to follow his interest and passion in Dentistry and completed a Bachelor of Dentistry from the University of Sydney in 2011. Having both Medical and Dental degrees allows Daniel to view and treat all patients and cases in a well rounded manner. Daniel strives to deliver only the highest attention to detail to each and every patient and treatment plan. Daniel's special interests lie in oral surgery, implants, complex restorative and crown and bridge cases.
