Dr Dan Brener

Dr Dan Brener is a Specialist Prosthodontist and heads the Brener Clinic dental team. He currently holds the position of Clinical Associate Professor (Affiliate) in the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Sydney. Dr Brener is in addition Founder and Director of Brener Implant Institute (Bii). Established in 2003, Bii is the leader in educating dental clinicians in all aspects of implant dentistry and prosthodontics. Dr Brener conducts a significant number of training workshops and instructional live surgeries on an on-going basis. He lectures extensively, both locally and internationally, on all aspects of dental implants and prosthodontics. A registered Prosthodontist with a distinguished academic record. He is involved in the planning of the Post Graduate Prosthodontic Program as a member of the Prosthodontic Post Graduate Planning Committee. In addition to these roles, Dr Brener is a Key Opinion Leader for 3Shape Digital Dental Systems and Hu-Friedy Dental Instruments. Graduating in Dentistry from the Sydney University Dentistry faculty in 1983, Dr Brener was awarded the Port Dental Prize as well as prizes for Restorative and Prosthetic Dentistry. He went on to earn a Master of Dental Science in Prosthodontics at Sydney University in 1987. Dr Brener is a Member of The Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons (MRACDS), The Australian Dental Association, The Academy of Australian and New Zealand Prosthodontists, The Australian Prosthodontic Society, The International Congress of Implantology, The International Team for Implantology and The Australian Society of Implant Dentistry (ASID).
