Dr Hywel Davies commenced at Orange Family Dental in January 2022. Hywel studied at Charles Sturt University and attained the degree of Bachelor of Dental Science. He moved to Orange from Canberra to study and, together with his family, fell in love with the region. He has a calm and easy manner with his patients and finds satisfaction in helping them identify and achieve their treatment goals. Dr Davies enjoys all facets of Dentistry and is committed to raising the level of dental awareness among his patients. He participates in community outreach projects focused on oral health education, believing that this is key to reducing the long-term need for dental interventions. Where there is a need for treatment, he is open with his patients, taking time to ensure that they understand their treatment options. Outside the clinic, Dr Davies enjoys snow and water sports, gardening, motorcycle riding, and keeping busy with his two young boys and their German Shepherd, Rosie.
