Dr. William Akil received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Sydney. Born and raised in Australia with a Lebanese background, William decided he wanted to do dentistry as it combined three of his greatest passions: Creativity, Science and People. He has since wholeheartedly devoted himself to his studies and always aims to stay up to date with latest advancements in dentistry. He is also a proud member of the Australian Dental Association. Dr. Akil is known for his gentle and laid back nature, taking extra care to ensure that his patient’s needs are heard and met. With the goal of rebuilding healthy smiles, he is especially passionate about surgical procedures such as wisdom tooth removal and implants as well as cosmetic procedures like crowns and veneers. In his spare time, Dr. Akil enjoys hitting the gym, watching movies and TV shows and spending quality time with family, friends and loved ones.
