Dr Fady Bassily

Dr. Fady Bassily is an experienced periodontist known for his professionalism, amiable demeanor, and compassionate approach to patient care. With over 15 years of experience in the dental field, he has established himself as a practitioner dedicated to excellence and continuous growth. Having earned a Bachelor’s Degree with Honours in Dental Medicine and Surgery in 2008 in Egypt, Dr. Bassily demonstrated early commitment to his profession. His thirst for knowledge led him to pursue a Master’s degree in Prosthodontics in 2014, followed by a Diploma of Membership of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2016. Driven by his passion for periodontics and implant dentistry, Fady furthered his education by obtaining a Doctor of Clinical Dentistry in Periodontics from the prestigious University of Sydney. This specialised training equipped him with the expertise required to excel in all facets of his field. Fady’s research project focused on studying microbial biofilm formation around dental implants. Additionally, he has actively contributed to the education of future dental professionals through teaching engagements at the University of Sydney. Outside of his professional endeavors, Fady cherishes moments spent with his wife and two lovely daughters, indulging in family time and exploring new destinations. He also enjoys various sports activities and is fluent in Arabic and French.
