Dr Carlos Turk

Dr Carlos Turk was born and raised in Sydney. He obtained his Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Sydney in 1995. Since then, he has worked in private practice in Sydney gaining as much experience as possible. He left Australia in 2003 to see what else was out there; unsurprisingly, there was a lot more to the world than suburban Sydney. Eventually settling in the UK, he worked in private practice in the Midlands, Kent and Hertfordshire. He has done numerous courses in all aspects of general dentistry including a one-year course in Dental Implants in London and pursues professional development to update his knowledge by attending as many courses as possible. Dr Carlos has over 25 years of general dental experience. He is a very compassionate and empathetic person who is aware of patients’ anxieties when coming in for dental treatment. Patient comfort, communication, and presenting different treatment plans to suit patients’ needs are his top priorities. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, as well as playing tennis.
