Dr Nick Morton

Dr Nick Morton was born and raised in Manchester, England. He moved to London and received his Bachelor of Dental Surgery from King’s College, London in 1990. His journey in his career has been long and varied to where he is now as a holistic and biological dentist. Even from the very beginning, as a dental student, he questioned why toxic mercury fillings were the only fillings being offered to patients at that time. That was the late 80s and things thankfully have changed. A partner in a large 5 surgery practice in Hertfordshire, England for 23 years was where Nick practiced. Developing the practice from a basic government funded practice into a state-of-the-art, hi-tech healthcare provider over the course of his time there. All the latest cutting edge equipment for patient treatments were introduced there, long before they became more accepted. These included 3D imaging, ozone, lasers, dental implants and Invisalign. He lectured in the UK on laser dentistry introducing this amazing technology to many dentists. In 2013 in response to a serious family illness he decided to relocate to Australia for a healthier lifestyle, where he continued to work in private practice before joining the Ozone Dentistry Team to continue his approach to a view that our oral health is more than just teeth and gums but a reflection and synergy with our whole body. He enjoys travelling worldwide to many conferences and postgraduate courses to enhance his learning, understanding and techniques to benefit his patients in offering them an integrated view of their health. Nick is married and has two adult children. Besides his dentistry, his passion is sport. He has played tennis to a national level in the UK and also regularly plays soccer and golf as well as an avid road cyclist.
