Minal is the newest member of our dental professional team and joins us with a degree from Charles Sturt University. Born and raised in Wollongong, Minal is a true local. Having completed her schooling at Smiths Hill High, Minal went on to begin a degree in Vet Science. She soon discovered that her interest was in the more intricate aspects of surgery and switched degrees to Dentistry. Minal has practiced dentistry in many rural regions of NSW, including Orange, Bathurst, Nepean and Wagga. She would now like to return back to Wollongong and settle into long term practice in her home-town. Enthusiastic, and with a bubbly personality, Minal will immediately put the most anxoius patient at ease by adopting a patient-centred approach. Minal recognizes that visiting the dentist may be stressful and appreciates the importance of providing the highest level of clinical care while still being both relatable and personable. With a special interest in oral surgery and prosthodontics, Minal is commited to continuously providing the best care for her patients by staying abreast of the latest developments within the dental profession. Outside of dentistry, Minal loves to cook and bake sweet treats for friends, travel, stay fit but most especially, she loves spending time with her dog Kaya.
