After finishing a five year course in Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Bangalore, India, Dr. Paul did a one year residency in a hospital based setting while working private practice part time. Once landing in Canada, The University of Toronto’s faculty of dentistry was home for another two and a half years, where Dr. Paul re-qualified to doctor of dental surgery (DDS). Having a designation of BDS and DDS, he enjoys all aspects of dentistry and since a graduate of U of T, can also offer nitrous oxide sedation for anxious patients. A member of the Academy of General Dentistry and the Ontario Dental Association, Dr. Paul is keen on being up to date on the latest trends in dentistry with continuing education courses so that his patients are offered all treatment options out there. A practitioner with a strong belief in prevention being better than cure and conservative treatment, Dr. Paul emphasizes on patient education and motivation while imparting knowledge on how to make smarter choices when it comes to ones oral health.
