Dr Hedy Norsen

Dr. Hedy Norsen enjoys working with patients of all ages. After graduating from the University of Toronto Faculty of Dentistry in 2013 with a Doctorate in Dental Surgery, she devoted herself to learning and perfecting smile makeovers, including adult orthodontics and detection and correction of early bone malformations in children. She has completed courses and mini-residencies under leaders in the field of orthodontics, including at the Faculté of Orthodontic Research, and is an experienced Invisalign provider. She has trained with plastic surgeons to perfect her technique in cosmetic fillers and therapeutic Botox therapy for TMJ pain and tension headaches. Dr. Norsen also greatly enjoys working with children and is always gentle and accommodating for patients with anxiety and phobias. When she is not practicing dentistry, she enjoys writing and composing music. Her first children’s novel, Orchidus Academy, was published in February 2014, and she finished her Ontario-wide book tour at Chapters Indigo the summer of the same year. She has a plethora of adopted animals at home, including two cockatiels, two budgies, and a stray cat named Kiki.
