Dr. Guan grew up as a teenager in North York. He received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Pharmacology from the University of Toronto, and D.D.S from the University of Western Ontario in 2001. He worked in Vaughan, prior to setting up his own practice in Bowmanville in 2004. He believes in helping patients achieve beautiful smiles with gentle care. He regularly attends continuing education seminars to stay current with new technology and techniques in the dental field. He is a member of the Ontario Dental Association, York Region Dental Society and has been an active member of the International Association of Orthodontics since 2003. Dr. Guan enjoys family life, especially spending time with his two boys. He is also an avid photographer and received his professional photography certificate from the New York Institute of Photography.
