Dr. Emily Hazell, originally from Paris, Ontario, completed her Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biomedical Science with honors at the University of Ottawa. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Toronto and then pursued advanced dental training at the Eastman Institute of Oral Health in Rochester, New York, completing a residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD). There, she gained specialized experience in areas such as oral surgery, prosthodontics, and caring for medically complex patients. Dr. Emily is passionate about providing comprehensive, quality care to patients of all ages, and she is known for making dental visits enjoyable and positive. She offers a full range of dental services, including implants, Invisalign, and cosmetic treatments, and is qualified to perform nitrous (laughing gas) sedation for a more relaxed experience. Committed to lifelong learning, she regularly participates in continuing education and study clubs. Dedicated to improving access to dental care, Dr. Emily has volunteered with programs such as Oral Health Total Health, Volunteer Dental Outreach, and Junior Smiles. Her commitment extends globally, having provided care in remote Tanzanian communities and trained dental students at Addis Ababa University in Ethiopia.
