Born in Seoul, South Korea, Dr. Yoon immigrated to Toronto at an early age. He attended the University of Toronto where he completed 2 years of undergraduate sciences before studying at the University of Toronto Faculty of Dentistry. Graduating in 1997, Dr. Yoon has been enhancing the oral health of his patients for over 20 years. He is a kind-hearted person and patient clinician who takes his time to make sure his patients are fully engaged and understand the benefits and risks of their proposed treatments. Dr. Yoon is a general dentist but has a special interest in dental implants (both surgical and prosthetic phases) and endodontic therapy (root canals).
