Dr. Preston received his DDS from Dalhousie University in 1995. After practising as a general dentist in Fredericton for several years, he entered a residency program in Prosthodontics at the University of Toronto. Upon completion, he accepted a part-time faculty position in the Implant Prosthodontic Unit at the University of Toronto and worked in private practice. Following a move to Halifax, he worked in the faculty of dentistry at Dalhousie University while establishing his practice in New Brunswick. He maintains private practices in Fredericton and Saint John, New Brunswick. In 2008, Dr. Preston completed and achieved Fellowship in the Royal College of Dentists of Canada. He is an examiner with the Royal College and active on boards of the New Brunswick Dental Society and Canadian Dental Association.
