A native of Manning, Alberta, Dr. Schamehorn, or Dr. Clint as he’s sometimes known, attended Grande Prairie Regional College for two years before being accepted into the School of Dentistry at the University of Alberta in 2000. After successfully completing the dental program in 2004 he returned to Grande Prairie to start his career at one of the top family dentist offices in Grande Prairie, Higson Dental Group. ‘Dr. Clint’ has been a valued dentist in the community and at Higson Dental Group for over ten years. Dental health is an important part of Dr. Schamehorn’s entire family. His wife Lesley, whom he met at dental school, was a registered dental assistant. They have two children who keep them busy with various activities and adventures. His passions include hunting, fishing, aviation and sailing. Dr. Schamehorn provides services as a general dentist at Higson Dental Group Grande Prairie.
