Dr. Raz enjoys all aspects of dentistry with special interests in endodontics, restorative, and implant dentistry. He believes that becoming a dentist has been one of the most rewarding decisions of his life—he’s committed to providing high-quality dental treatment, and developing long-term relationships with all of his patients. A graduate from Dalhousie University’s Doctor of Dental Surgery program, Dr. Raz has a great passion for research and prior to starting his dental career, he earned a Master’s degree in Microbiology & Immunology with a focus on cancer biology. Dr. Raz is a part-time faculty member and instructor at Dalhousie Faculty of Dentistry, with multiple awards and publications in his resume. Dr. Raz has been living in Halifax for almost 12 years, and when he’s not at the office or dental school, Dr. Raz can be found spending time with his wife, friends, and family. He enjoys skiing, playing tennis, photography, hiking, and travelling with his wife, Sahar.
