Dr Steven Biner

Dr. Steven Biner is a dedicated general dentist known for his commitment to compassionate care and his sense of adventure. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Toronto in 2013 and began his career practicing alongside his father. Seeking new challenges and opportunities to grow, Dr. Biner went on to provide essential dental care in remote communities across Northwestern Ontario, later taking on a rewarding role at the Meno Ya Win Health Centre in Sioux Lookout. His experience in these underserved regions deepened his passion for dentistry—particularly dental surgery—and strengthened his belief in accessible oral healthcare for all. Driven by a desire to give back, Dr. Biner has volunteered internationally in Brazil, Mexico, Jamaica, and Grenada. He continues to mentor dental students annually in underserved areas of the Caribbean and has participated in multiple outreach missions offering free dental care to communities in need. Dr. Biner is pleased to offer sedation dentistry to help ensure patient comfort and ease throughout dental procedures. He is an active member of the Ontario Dental Association, the Canadian Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario.
