Dr. Evan Wynne was born and raised in Lac Le Jeune, about 30 minutes outside of Kamloops. He then attended the University of Victoria for his undergraduate education in Biology. The next chapter was completing his Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree at UBC. During dental school, he took electives in wisdom tooth extraction and platelet rich fibrin application. Following dental school, Evan completed the General Practice Residency (GPR) program at UBC. During GPR, Evan practiced dentistry at many hospitals in the lower mainland, such as Vancouver General, BC Children’s, and BC Cancer. This program gave Evan additional training in oral surgery, oral medicine, pediatric dentistry, oral cancer detection/treatment, emergency dental care, and working with medically complex patients in a hospital setting. Outside of work, Evan and his partner Hana enjoy backcountry skiing, rock climbing, mountain biking, trail running, and cross-country skiing. Evan also enjoys watching the Canucks and spending time with family. He is looking forward to providing quality care for the great patients at Creekside.
