Dr. Conlin graduated from the McGill University in 2006 with a Doctorate of Dental Medicine. She then completed a General Practice Residency at the University of Connecticut. Following a brief associateship, she successfully owned and managed a thriving dental practice in Northern Alberta, which she operated until its sale in September 2023.
